Here's my opinion... Many possible responses :
- The beam is not represented in the right direction and will be returned to the installation.
- This is a console
- It is a concrete beam where the tablet is insufficient and where there has been compressed steel (although in this case, it should not hurt to be associated lower steel).
- This is an expected element to work backwards (with push sill of water, for example, or supporting a ground thrust).
The reasons can be many but nothing abnormal in that.
